Welcome to PaleDNN

Welcome to PaleDNN DotNetNuke Modules

PaleDNN, pronounced [păl'ə-dĭn] (like Paladin), is a collaboration between Purple Ant and Lokheed Enterprises.  These two companies have been creating, maintaining, DotNetNuke sites as well as doing custom DotNetNuke programming for several years. We are now working together to create quality modules for DotNetNuke, based on knowledge and experience from the hundreds of sites we have worked on.

Please continue to check back with us, as we have many modules in the works, and will be releasing them as soon as we can.

Twitter Module v3.00.00 released for DNN v7.0 and higher

PaleDNN.com is proud to announce the latest release of our Twitter Module. The module comes with a standard default layout, but is COMPLETELY customizable by CSS. The PaleDNN Twitter Module allows the administrator to specify virtually any layout they can imagine through the use of HTML, CSS, and even jQuery. You can specify the number of tweets to display, plus how much (or little) information to display through the use of an extensive library of available template tags. New in version 3.0 is an implementation of the updated DotNetNuke Services Framework API for DNN7, which allows the module to be rendered asynchronously form the client side. If the Twitter service is either slow or completely down it no longer effects the page rendering time, because the complete page is rendered to the client before the PaleDNN Twitter Module makes the call to update content.

Weather Module v2.04.01 released

PaleDNN.com is proud to announce the latest release of our Weather Module. The module comes with several layouts available, but is COMPLETELY customizable by CSS. The PaleDNN Weather Module allows the administrator to specify virtually any location in the world using a common name (I.E. "Paris, France") instead of having to look up the location ID manually. This functionality may also be enabled for end-users to set their personal locations in the same way.

As of version 2.02.01 this module now supports full localization, and comes with both English and German support. If you are interested in translating the module to another language, please let us know and we will be happy to update the language resources to meet your needs.
